We’d like to say a big thank you to the Cheshire Community Foundation - a charity based in Northwich which raises funds to support hundreds of small organisations across Cheshire and Warrington!

COVID-19has sadly limited the amount of face-to-face support we have been able to provide, so it’s been important for us to find other ways of supporting our families! 

The Cheshire Community Foundation have kindly awarded us another grant, to enable us to increase the amount of family support that we can provide to our clients. With the help of the grant, our families can now have an out-of-hours helpline with our Aftercare Services Officer, Julia, helping us to support our families through these tough times!
